Kip Moore is currently on tour in the United Kingdom in support of his newest album, Slowheart. The country singer honored the late Tom Petty with a cover of “Learning to Fly” at his show last Tuesday night which took place at the Ritz Manchester.
According to Rolling Stone, Petty died October 2 at the age of 66 after suffering cardiac arrest. He was one of Moore’s top musical influences and an artist whom he has been listening to since he was a young boy.
