9 year old Jacob Thompson and his family will celebrate Christmas early this year after receiving news that his neuroblastoma was incurable.
Jacob has Stage 4 high-risk neuroblastoma, and doctors told his family in early October he probably only had a month to live.
After receiving a bunch of cards for Halloween, Jacob said he wanted more for Christmas.
So they’ll celebrate Christmas this month, and Jacob wants people to celebrate with him. He has asked for cards from anyone around the world who wanted to share his Christmas spirit.
In just five days after announcing his wish, he received more than 100 cards from people all over the world. Some from the Netherlands, Australia, Denmark… and now we can add Syracuse to that list! 92.1 the WOLF will be sending Jacob a Christmas card today, and if you’d like to as well, here’s the address:
