Wedding hashtags have really become huge over the last couple years. Brides and grooms use them for social media grouping of pictures and announcements. But if you’re recently engaged you want something that’s going to stand out from the rest. That’s where Happily Ever #Hashtagged comes in.
It’s a company created by Los Angeles magazine arts and culture editor, Marielle Wakim. Her business is hashtags. She charges $40 to come up with a unique tag for each bridal couple that seeks her help.
Why?
If your name is Dana Hill, you don’t want a hashtag for your wedding that says just #HillWedding. How many people probably have that? You want something that’s going to stand out. Wakim came up with a play on words for Beverly Hills and gave them the tag #ForeverlyHills
For a bride named Molly Goldbach who married Chad Tempo she came up with #MollyPicksUpTheTempo.
What do you think? Is it worth the money? It might be, if your last name is Smith and you aren’t creative enough to come up with something that will stand out. For $40, you’ll have something that you can print on your napkins, invitations, and more…and it will stand out!
